02Copyright Registration Support
Prepare work descriptions, authorship information, publication status, deposit-copy planning, and referral materials for the appropriate government copyright office.
03Trademark Preparation Support
Develop a preliminary brand inventory covering names, logos, slogans, goods, services, first-use information, and ownership documentation for attorney or government review.
04Publishing & Imprint Development
Editorial planning, publication credits, rights-page language, ISBN and release preparation, catalogue presentation, and author-platform development.
05Creative Agreements Preparation
Organize project roles, credits, deliverables, rights questions, and deal points for review by a qualified attorney. Teshuvah Studios does not replace legal counsel.
06Public Works Registry
Create an approved public attribution record for released works, platforms, books, productions, and initiatives without exposing unpublished master materials.
Privacy-first boundary
Do not send unpublished masters through ordinary email.
Until a secure creator-intake and document-storage system has completed legal and data-protection review, Teshuvah Studios will use initial consultations and descriptive inventories only. Sensitive master files, identity documents, contracts, payment information, and confidential legal materials should not be transmitted through the public website.
Important distinction
Teshuvah Studios is a creative production, publishing, documentation, and creator-support platform. It is not currently presented as a law firm, trademark office, copyright office, or performing-rights organization. It does not promise registration, legal protection, royalty collection, licensing enforcement, or legal representation. Those services require the appropriate government office, collecting society, or qualified attorney.
